Katalog výstavy indického umělce Raqiba Shawa konané r. 2013 v Manchester Art Gallery a následně v pražské Galerii Rudolfinum. Do katalogu je vlepena brožura s českým překladem anglických textů katalogu. Publikace obsahuje úvodní text Davida Lomase, profesora dějin umění na University of Manchester a množství barevných fotografií a reprodukcí.

"Raqib Shaw at Manchester Art Gallery and Galerie Rudolfinum brings together an extensive body of new and existing work, including paintings, sculptures and works on paper from three distinct series: Absence of God; Paradise Lost and the more recent Of Beasts and Super-Beasts. Shaw's opulent paintings feature radiant colours, semi-precious stones and a meticulous cloisonné technique, which is utilised to create an outline for the individual hybrid creatures, flora and fauna that populate his paintings. They reflect the ornate style of Persian miniatures, as well as Kashmiri and Japanese textiles. The works are also evocative of Old Masters such as Holbein and Bosch in their treatment of often unsettling subjects. Beneath their beautiful jewel-like surface is a collection of dark and violent images that marry Shaw's own personal history with ancient myths and religious tales from both Eastern and Western traditions."
