Pracovní kniha fotografií - František Drtikol

Bibliofilní vydání (v nákladu 300 číslovaných výtisků) pracovního alba s malými kontaktními fotografiemi, které si sestavil sám František Drtikol. Album představuje 83 listů zaplněných 973 fotografiemi, autorovými poznámkami a dvaceti skicami fotografických kompozic tužkou. Originál alba je v Uměleckoprůmyslovém muzeu v Praze, jedná se o dar Anny Fárové.
Publikace vychází ve formátu shodném s originálem. Autorovy poznámky tužkou a pastelkou zůstaly zachovány v plné autentičnosti. Pro tisk byl použit speciální frekvenčně modulovaný rastr Satin Screening od firmy Heidelberg, který umožnil co nejvíce se přiblížit předloze.
Toto album poskytuje jedinečnou možnost nahlédnout do autorovy umělecké kuchyně a také představuje významný ucelený přehled jeho tvorby, a to především z druhé poloviny 20. let a z 30. let 20. století.

A bibliophile edition (in a print run of 300 numbered copies) of the working album with small contact photographs, which assembled Frantisek Drtikol (1883-1961) himself . The album consists of eighty-three pages with 973 photographs, Drtikol's notes and twenty pencil sketches of photographic compositions. Original is in deposit of Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague, it is donation from Anna Farova.
The format of the publication is identical to that of the original. Drtikol's notes, made in ordinary and red pencil, are preserved with unchanged charm and elegance. For the printing of the book, the special, frequency-modulated, Satin Screening technology, developed by the firm Heidelberg, was used. The distinc qualities of the technology made it possible to approximate the original as closely as possible.
This album offers a unique opportunity to peak into the photographer's artistic kitchen. It also constitutes an important, comprehensive overview of his work from the late 1920's and early 1930's.
